Indoor Soccer at Northside Sports Complex in Longwood, Florida

So the season at Northside Sports Complex in Longwood opens tomorrow night. We have been playing and drinking for free in a great gesture and marketing effort from ownership and management (Thanks Jimmy, Cheeks, Eric, George, et al). The field is great (much nicer than 5 points) and the Ducks will fly again. Love indoor soccer.

The fields are nice, but thats about the only good thing about this place. The owner and staff run things in their favor, between making schedules, refereeing games, etc. They show a strong favortisim to their "friends" and a strong bias if your not in their click. This is no way to run a business. Everyone that pays should be shown the same respect and treated equaly. This is a common feeling amoung most of the teams in the league. We will not play here again.......bring back 5 points!!!!!!!!!

I have enjoyed myself at Northside very much! From the registration process all the way through to playing the games has been first rate! Unlike 5 Points where teams were able to play unregistered players and get away with it, Northside installed an individual player fee and assigned uniforms to control cheaters!!! This is 1000 times better! I can see how some might think that they show favors towards teams, but I believe it only showed in the new teams trying to learn the new rules and they may have thought they were getting picked on. I think people forget over time just how bad the owners of 5 Points were! They did not care about there players! From cleaning the facility to promising new carpet, nets over top and even getting rid of the excessive sand that laid all over the field for years, causing many injuries. My hats off to Northside for stepping up!
