Novermber 18th and Twitter is down again. IF you had asked the same question (is twitter down?) yesterday, you would have gotten the same answer. Why yes, Twitter is Down. Sucks when twitter is down because I want to put out a tweet but I can't because Twitter is down! Ahhh, the horror!!
