Just an update

First off, pics are coming this weekend. We apologize...its been a slow week.
Second, the diets are going well. I have lost a solid 6 pounds and am getting cut up nice. Hopefully the pictures show off my stunning new physique. Yeah right...Anyways leave some messages to these articles...lets get it interactive. We are heading to Destin June 27-July 2nd. All of the kids are coming and we are so absolutely looking forward to it. Many of you know why :-)
